  • Bring a spouse, friend, or family member and save money!

  • Solo participants can sign up for a shared room and we'll work with you to find the right roommate.

  • The house has one bathroom per bedroom so a shared room will also share a bathroom.

​

  • Bedrooms are about 200 square feet so have plenty of space for a second bed and privacy divider.

  • The common space of the house includes all necessary essentials to enjoy during your stay.​

Private Room - $4,950

  • Enjoy coming back to the house and having the privacy of your own bedroom!

  • Those with private bedrooms also get to enjoy the use of your own private bathroom, need I say more.

Sweat. Work. Live. has partnered with local fitness trainer Linzee Vito to lead us in our morning workouts!

Linzee is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Sports & Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She is Tribe Group Training Certified, and has her Stages Cycling Certification. She's also in the process of getting her NASM Group Fitness Certification.

From her extensive experience, she knows that exercising is only as good as how well it is executed.  It’s not what you do; it’s how you do it. Together, she wants to improve her clients’ quality of life by helping them accomplish their goals and making them the best version of themselves!

Peak Yoga

Yoga Instructors @peakyogadillon

We've also partnered with Peak Yoga, a local studio with amazing views. Here we'll find a welcoming and diverse group of instructors who bring decades of experience. Every instructor weaves their background and personality into their own style of teaching, allowing Peak Yoga to offer us a rich and diverse selection classes. They'll lead us through relaxing Yin and Restorative sessions designed to stretch our muscles and prep our bodies for recovery during sleep.

Another local partner is Cultivate Kitchen! Owner JJ focuses on locally sourced, fresh, and from scratch meals. She has her holistic nutrition certificate and 5 years experience cooking whole food, healthy focused meals. We've worked together to curate an amazing menu with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and proteins to fuel your stay!

Dusty Kroll

Founder & Program Coordinator

From childhood obesity to an underweight teen, Dusty has 20 years of experience with real life struggles with food, fitness, and weight loss. Through trial and error, he has learned methodologies that make up the Sweat. Work. Live. program which has taught him and others how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, balancing work, life, travel, and fitness.

 

Dusty not only has 10 years experience working in the corporate world, but also well traveled. Having spent years trekking the globe balancing remote work, fitness, and healthy eating. Sweat.Work.Live. was designed to help others develop and build new habits to teach you how to better balance both work and life stressors while setting you up for continued success.

 

As your program Coordinator, Dusty will be your logistical go-to guy, He has personally organized SWL’s accomodations, trainers, meals, workspace, and extracurricular activities. His entire job is to ensure everything runs smoothly once you arrive, so you can focus on meeting your goals and having a great time!

  • Can I work non MST hours (ie. 8am - 5pm EST) and still do the retreat?
    This is a difficult question to answer and would need to be addressed on a case by case basis to see if it's possible. We don't want to turn anyone away who's trying to better themselves, however, certain scenarios may not work with the retreat schedule as you would miss the group workouts limiting your success. Reach out directly with your specific details and we'll see what we can do.
  • I have dietary restrictions/sensitivities/allergies, can the meals be altered to account for this?"
    Yes! Let us know what your restrictions are and we'll work with our chef to ensure we can accomidate the restriction while ensuring you're getting the proper nutrition.
  • What elevation is the retreat located, I'm not sure how I will do in high elevation."
    The retreat is located in Silverthorne, Colorado, which is 9,035 feet. It's not uncommon for people to feel some symptoms of altitudte sickness when coming from low elevation, however they usually only last the first 24 hours. To help prevent this, we'll provide a protocol for participants to follow leading up to their time here.
  • I have work calls that I will need to take from a private room, is one available?"
    Yes! The main co-working space is desks in a shared open enviornment, but there are private conference rooms available upon request.
  • I haven't worked out in years, will I be able to do the workouts?"
    Yes! The workouts will be done as a group, but our trainer will be able to modify for each persons goals and abilities, as well as any past injuries that may cause limitaions during certain exercises. If you have a specific concern please reach out with questions.
  • I've never done yoga, do I need to be flexible?"
    No, you don't need to be flexible to do yoga. The type of yoga we will be practicing is done at a slower pace with beginner moves. No one will expect you to do any crazy moves like headstands you may see on TV. Yoga is practiced as a group, but each person will do each move to their own ability, and be able to do an alternate move if something is too difficult. It will help you become more flexible, improve balance, and help strenthen your core.
  • What will the weather be like?
    Beautiful! Summers in the rocky mountains are super mild with average high temps ranging from 65-75 fahrenheit. It will cool off in the evenings, which is perfect for the hot tub and fire pit!
